How Long Will It Take To Ship My Order?
Printing and shipping times are based on the shipping method a customer chooses.
Our production time is between 3-7 working days.
Standard Shipping takes 2-3 weeks. Expedited Shipping takes 5-10 working days.
These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees, and do not include the production time of POD products.
Tracking numbers can take some days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact us for further assistance via: support@alohawaiistore.co

Orders Placement
Here are the necessary steps:
- Choose your sizing and color.
- Click "Add to my cart"
- Simply check your cart out on the cart icon on the right upper corner of your device.
- Complete your Contact/Shipping Information and Payment.
- Confirmation emails will be sent to your mailbox for the successful orders.
- You will have the first 24 hours since purchasing to modify your orders
- We will then prepare and ship your purchase ASAP

International taxes might be applied depending on your country's taxes policy.
Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods:
The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. You can check the tariff applicable in the Taric database for the EU and Import calculator for the USA.

I Want To Cancel My Order!
When you place an order, you will have the first 24 hours to contact our Support Team and request a Cancellation or Modification.
Please include all the details concerning the order such as order number, style, size, color if you need a modification.
After 24 hours, the production will be started so we apologize that the order is irrevocable.
I Have Not Received The Confirmation Email!

No worries! We include the Product Details & Sizing in every product! You can refer to them to find the best size for you, we recommend taking slow and careful measurements in order to acquire the best fit!

Customs Charges. How Much Will Customs Charges Be For My Country?
The value and shipping information is printed on a sticker on the outside of the package when your order is shipped. However, duties and taxes are calculated and charged by customs officials in your country. As such, they are beyond our control. As the importer of record, you are responsible for duties, taxes, and any other charges that your country chooses to impose on the import.
As charges are individually assessed by your country's officials upon import, we are unable to provide an estimate on how much you may be charged for customs. Charges vary from case to case. Instead, please try contacting the customs officials in your country to get a better idea of what the customs charges might be for your order.
